Gabriel Gene Gosvener is a lifelong maker with deep roots in Oklahoma manufacturing. He began his journey as a lab technician at Frankoma Pottery in Sapulpa before moving into production casting and the specialized world of old-world tool & die making, where he worked with slip-cast molds, rubber compounds, high plasters, and injection dies.
He went on to earn his degree in CNC & Machining from Tulsa Community College, studying under Ed Hill, a former Boeing engineer. Gabriel completed 42 credit hours in engineering, science, and mathematics, receiving Dean’s Honor Roll recognition with a 4.2 GPA. His training includes manual machining, metrology, blueprint reading, AutoCAD 14, APT programming, and both introductory and advanced CNC programming.
Over the next 20 years, Gabriel built a formidable résumé across the region's top shops:
- Tul Max (1998–1999): Apprentice on Moriseiki and Haas machines under Darrell Maxwell
- Whitehouse Enterprises (1999–2000): CNC operator machining archery gear for High Country & Savage
- M&M Manufacturing (2000–2002): Mill and lathe operator (Okuma, Haas, Fanuc) under Kenny Stanton
- Matrix Manufacturing (2002–2004): Programmer for CNC mills/lathes; parts for FlightSafety and Control Components
- Janeway Machine (2004–2005): Lead SL-20/SL-40 lathe operator for Mathews Bows and custom turning
- BM Machine (2005): Mastercam programmer & night shift machinist producing Hoyt archery parts
- Limco Airepair (2006): Aerospace machinist for Bell Helicopter, Lufthansa, and Korean Air
- Danco Pump (2006–2008 & 2010–2012): CNC operations manager; oilfield and pump component machining
- Mathey Dearman (2008–2009): Robotics-focused manual machinist for Safe Stitch automation

Despite personal setbacks, including a season of homelessness and battles with mental illness, Gabriel emerged with renewed purpose. He credits Life Gate Ministries for helping restore his footing, and now dedicates part of his business mission to empowering others who are rebuilding their lives.
Today, as the founder of 3G MFG, Gabriel blends seasoned technical talent with a servant’s heart—offering precision machining, programming, and consulting services while pledging 5% of net profits to help individuals in recovery.
